Income, expenses and the monthly balance

Keep an eye on your regular expenses — build your own list of recurring payments (rent, energy, insurance, cleaning and so on). You enter them once and Ubyo spreads them across the months. Income from the platforms is added from your reservations. The result is what the month actually earned.

The Pro plan also adds invoicing: stay documents for guests and the reverse charge on the platform commissions that Airbnb and Booking bill without VAT.

Contracts, readings and watching the fixed term

For each apartment you keep the supplier contracts, the meters and the readings. Ubyo prepares the statement and compares consumption between years.

The end of a fixed term shows up on the Dashboard well in advance, so no supplier catches you out and you have time to shop around or extend the contract.

Occupancy, platforms and where your guests come from

Occupancy by month and apartment, the average length of stay, the share of Airbnb, Booking and direct reservations. Guest nationalities from the registrations.

A year-on-year comparison shows where the season starts and when it makes sense to adjust your prices.
