Reporting to the Foreign Police, the house book and the guest register, the district tax. Three duties Ubyo handles from details the guest entered once.
Every host must report foreign guests to the Foreign Police within three days of their arrival, through the UbyPort system. Ubyo compiles the report from the check-in, sends it and stores the delivery receipt with the reservation.
Anyone not reported yet stands out on the Dashboard and next to the reservation. Ubyo watches the deadline itself and reminds you as it approaches. Over a year you can see how many reports went out and with what result.
The house book of accommodated foreign nationals is a mandatory record for the Foreign Police. It fills in automatically from guest registrations, by month and apartment.
The archive goes six years back, as the law requires. For an inspection you download a PDF for any period you like.
The guest register is the basis for the local tourist tax and you keep it for every guest, Czech ones included. Ubyo writes every stay into it from the reservation, including people exempt from the tax.
Like the house book, it has a six-year archive and a PDF export.
Ubyo knows your district’s rate and the exemption rules (children, long stays). For every month it works out the amount, prepares a QR payment and a PDF to file with the authority.
On the Pro plan it sends the report straight through your data box and keeps the delivery receipt for good. You see the running total for the current month on the Dashboard.
Up to 14 days free on the full Pro plan. You start paying only when the trial ends.
